Counseling Fees
Members of Kaleo Church will be seen at a reduced rate of $25 per session. Counselees may also wish to express their thanks and help in maintaining this ministry by making a donation. Fees or donations should be made to Kaleo Church (not to the counselor) in the name of the counseling center. Also, part of the weekly homework assignments may require purchasing materials that relate to the counseling being done. Counselees are expected to pay for this material. Unusual circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
Non-Members of Kaleo Church:
Fees for nonmembers of Kaleo are based on a sliding scale, which means that the cost of counseling varies according to the client’s annual combined family income. Fees are payable at the time of your appointment with the counselor. Please let us know if financial considerations would hinder you from making contact with us! Our staff will be glad to help.

Insurance Coverage
Please note that if your insurance carrier requires counseling to be done by a state-licensed psychologist in order to receive reimbursement, you will not be able to submit for reimbursement of your counseling costs. Please clarify with your company what you may be eligible for. KCCC still requires payment for your counseling before your appointment.
