Counseling Services
Our counselors (by design) are not certified by the state of California, but have had specific training and experience in Biblical counseling. While we are confident that the Bible contains that which is necessary for life and godliness (2 Pet. 1:3), our counselors are not infallible, nor do they pretend to know all there is to know about biblical teaching and its application to life. However, they are well equipped to help people change.
We provide counseling for individuals, marriage and family, children, as well as pre- and post marital relationships. Common areas of struggle include:
Depression
Anxiety
Anger
Grief
Addictive behaviors
Sexual identity struggles
And more.
While we do not provide specific medical or legal advice, we do advise counselees to be compliant and regular with their doctor visits and to seek the full resources and wisdom of the church.
